HOW DO I SCHEDULE A TOUR?

Sapphire Creek is currently under construction. Construction should be completed in December 2017. Call or email us to schedule a tour of Sapphire Creek. In the meantime, feel free to take our virtual tour!

AM I ALLOWED TO HOLD A DATE WITHOUT A DEPOSIT?

In order to secure the space, Sapphire Creek requires a signed contract and a deposit of 50% of the facility fee.

MY EVENT IS NOT THAT BIG, DO I HAVE TO RENT THE ENTIRE WINERY?

Sapphire Creek has multiple venues within it that are appropriate from 30-250+ guests. Visit our venues page to learn more.

WHAT DOES MY RENTAL FEE FOR SAPPHIRE CREEK INCLUDE?

The facility rental fee includes the rental of the venue[s] in which you are interested. It also includes planning and coordination of food and beverages and take down of tables and chairs.

WHAT ABOUT CATERING?

Sapphire Creek has an exclusive catering arrangement with Hungry Bee Catering. You will meet with Hungry Bee chefs directly to plan and coordinate your menu and you will sign a separate catering contract with Hungry Bee Catering.

CAN I BRING IN MY OWN FOOD, ALCOHOL OR CATERING SERVICE?

All catering for Sapphire Creek is performed by Hungry Bee Catering and beverage service options and pricing are contained in your facility rental agreement.

WHAT ABOUT OTHER VENDORS?

With the exception of the caterer, all other vendors may be decided by you. However, Sapphire Creek has comprehensive list of preferred vendors that we work with frequently.

DOES SAPPHIRE CREEK HAVE A FULL BAR?

Yes, we have a full bar. The beverage requirements and pricing details are contained in the facility rental agreement.

IS THE BUILDING AIR CONDITIONED?

Yes, the building is air conditioned.

DO YOU OFFER SEASONAL DISCOUNTS?

Yes, we offer seasonal discounts for winter months as well as certain discounts for events held Sunday through Friday.

DO YOU ALLOW THE SPACE TO BE DECORATED?

We welcome such decorations as flowers, lighting, centerpieces and candles [as long as all candles are in containers or a stand to prevent damage to our surfaces]. Unfortunately, we can’t allow anything to be applied to the walls or buildings.

CAN I TAKE MY ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS AT THE WINERY?

Absolutely! We invite all of our booked couples to capture the beauty of Sapphire Creek in their engagement photos. We request that you reserve a time for your photo shoot to take place.

DO YOU HAVE A PLACE FOR ME TO GET READY ON MY WEDDING DAY?

Yes, we have The Loft for the bride and her bridesmaids. It is a beautiful room overlooking Sapphire Creek with floor length mirrors and an attached bathroom.

DO YOU HAVE A GROOM’S ROOM?

The groom and groomsmen can enjoy The Cellar prior to the reception or ceremony.

CAN MY CEREMONY BE AT SAPPHIRE CREEK?

Our Great Lawn is ideal for an outdoor wedding ceremony. It can be tented [at an extra charge] if inclement weather is in the forecast.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE FACILITY FEE?

The facility fee includes use of the venue[s] within Sapphire Creek that you have rented; standard round tables and chairs for inside the Oak Room and the Brix Tasting Room; standard china, flatware and glassware. Linens must be rented; chairs for an outdoor ceremony on the Great Lawn must be rented.

CAN I HAVE MY REHEARSAL DINNER AT SAPPHIRE CREEK?

Yes, we are happy to work with you to host your rehearsal dinner and any other wedding-related activity such as bridal shower, engagement party or post-wedding brunch.

WILL YOU TENTATIVELY HOLD MY DATE UNTIL WE CAN MAKE A FINAL DECISION?

Unfortunately, we cannot hold any dates on a tentative basis. Our contract must be signed and deposit received before any date is secured.

CAN I HAVE A LIVE BAND?

Absolutely! Music makes your reception a party.
