Sapphire Creek had the privilege of hosting Believe in Dream’s largest event of the year, A Night of Dreams, in 2023. Since 2014, Believe in Dreams has fulfilled over 670 individualized local dream experiences and they continue to increase their impact each year. A large part of how they are able to have such an impact comes from their sponsorship support and fundraising events.
On a beautiful May evening, patrons were able to explore the property in it’s entirety, including The Great Lawn and the Gardens. The main portion of the event took place in The Oak Room and Brix Tasting Room.
During cocktail hour, guests were able to experience lovely entertainment: the line up for the event included entertainment from magician, Brian Masters and live music from Gigi Alexander. They added an interactive and elevated experience to the beginning of the event.
Sapphire Creek curated a custom menu for the event which included an action station style dinner. Among the food selections were Lamb Shank Gyros, Grilled Beef Braciole and Mediterranean Chicken, to name a few. Guests could enjoy multiple selections while walking around and mingling with other guests.
Guests fill The Oak Room space, with beautiful round style tables and floral centerpieces using Sapphire Creek sparkling brut and rose. For this portion of the evening, the guests had an opportunity to bid on experiences, prizes and other donated items with proceeds benefiting Believe in Dreams and their overall mission. Bob Hall, a crowd favorite, led the auction and held the crowd in the palm of his hand.
