Specialty Produced Featured from Christopher Springs Farm
The couple to be hosted a stunning rehearsal dinner and welcome party at Sapphire Creek Winery & Garden’s proceeding a beautiful local wedding. The event featured the use of the entire winery, allowing guests to take in the venue from top to bottom.
The evening began with a custom built 5 course dinner menu for close family and friends. The menu featured produce from the family’s farm, Christopher Springs Farm, and was curated by Sapphire Creek’s Executive Chef. Featured items included a Summer Caramelized Onion Tartlet and Hamachi Ceviche, to name a few.
Each dinner course was paired with a Sapphire Creek wine varietal, selected by our on-site wine expert. The wine collections are products of some of the finest vineyard sites throughout Napa Valley and are custom-made by their private vintner. Some of the selections featured were Sparkling Brut, Red Blend and Viognier.
Following dinner, existing and additional guests were moved to the main floor for the Welcome Party portion of the evening. This allowed guests to explore the Brix Tasting Room with it’s all glass walls, showcasing breath taking views of the grounds. The Welcome Party featured beautiful local florals and music by Jeff Klemm.
The feature of the couple’s cocktail hour were the passed appetizers and desserts featuring items curated by Sapphire Creek’s on-site culinary team. Crowd favorites included brisket sliders with pimento cheese and pickled jalapenos and asparagus and risotto arancini.
His and Her’s cocktails of the couple’s choosing were featured which included a spicy margarita with charred jalapeno and a Rosemary Greyhound.
