Sapphire Creek has multiple venues within it that are appropriate from 10-100 guests. Any event with greater than 100 guests require a full facility buyout. Please reach out for rental information to learn more.
At this time, Sapphire Creek does not offer a ceremony only option.
The facility rental fee includes the rental of the venue[s] in which you are interested. It also includes planning and coordinating food, beverages, certain banquet tables, Sapphire Creek standard banquet chairs, Sapphire Creek standard place setting including glasses and silverware, and high tops for cocktail hour.
No, all food and beverages are provided by Sapphire Creek.
With the exception of the caterer and rentals, all other vendors are your decisions. We would be happy to provide you with our list of preferred vendors at your request. Sapphire Creek does require prior approval of wedding planners but not all vendors.
Yes, we have a full bar. The beverage requirements and pricing details are contained in the wedding information and wedding contract.

Yes, the building is air-conditioned.
We welcome such decorations as flowers, lighting, centerpieces, and candles (as long as all candles are in votives or a hurricane to prevent damage to our surfaces). Unfortunately, we can’t allow anything to be applied to the walls or buildings.
For plated dinner service, we recommend centerpieces that are no more than 12 inches. If you plan on using chargers, these eliminate even more space on your table, so please keep this in mind as well.
While you, your wedding party, and your close family members have access to the venue from 10:00am to midnight, your other wedding guests should aim to arrive at (or during) the scheduled cocktail hour.
We have many local bars and restaurants within minutes of our venue. We are also right down the road from downtown Chagrin Falls and a short drive to Pinecrest.
In order to secure the space, Sapphire Creek requires a signed contract and a deposit of 50% of the facility fee plus sales tax plus $1000 catering deposit.
Sapphire Creek has a full kitchen and a catering menu with numerous options.
First visit -- had dinner with two other couples. Venue was lovely, rustic and charming. Dinner was delicious, we sat by the window overlooking the water and fire feature. Weddings must be beautiful here.
We had the most wonderful time here and the food was impeccable. The staff was wonderful and went above and beyond for us. We will definitely be back and bring friends and family with us!
